Self-booking calendar

The self-booking calendar is available to the following staff at the Faculty for Fine and Performing Arts:

Researching staff with ongoing projects* at IAC
TA-staff responsible for bookings

Please note: This calendar is password protected. If you fit into one of the above categories, please contact Lili Nottrott (lili [dot] nottrott [at] iac [dot] lu [dot] se (lili[dot]nottrott[at]iac[dot]lu[dot]se)) for access.

Booking periods may be max. 8 hours per booking.

Bookings made via the self-booking calendar do not include technical support or equipment loan. In case you need support or specific equipment, or want to book periods longer than 8 hours, please book via the project request.

Self-bookable rooms are:

Seminar room

Sound studio A

Video studio A

Research room A (for quiet deskwork – PhD room)

Research room B (small office next to THM entrance)
