Friday, at 19:00 – Performance HUNGRY EYES I KOR, I KÖR by Hungry Eyes

Hungry Eyes is a Danish–Swedish performance collective founded by Theatre Academy alumni Dina Viksten Abrahamson, Ida Østman, Mie Kristensen and Olivia Klang. At IAC, they present their second work HUNGRY EYES I KOR, I KÖR – a conceptual exploration of the choir as form and method. A choir without choral singing, an essayistic, hopeful and physical choir, an orchestra that spills out piece after piece. With voice, body, text and rhythm, the group shapes a collective expression that blurs the line between performance, concert and ritual.

Hungry Eyes was founded after completing a shared bachelor's degree in Conceptual Performing Arts at the Malmö Theatre Academy. Since 2023, Hungry Eyes has been creating contemporary performing arts that are interdisciplinary, site-specific and philosophical.
