Sound Studio A

Sound Studio A, with an area of 27.15 m², is designed to be used both as a mixing and editing studio for sound and video, as well as a recording studio connected to the Red Room. There are 24 mic inputs and 8 return lines from the Red Room to Studio A. It is also possible to connect the Digidesign Venue system via MADI and record analog and digital signals from the Red Room simultaneously. An Aviom system is also available with connections in the Red Room.

The studio is equipped with a 5.1 speaker system for surround mixing, where the LRC speakers are ATC SCM50ASL and RL & RR are ATC SCM16. The subwoofer is an ATC C6 SUB.

There is a Mac mini computer with DAWs such as Pro Tools, Reaper, Logic, and Ableton Live installed. You can also easily connect your own laptop to use the sound card and SSL console. Specific software for spatial audio mixing and noise cancelling, such as SPAT and iZotope, is available for booking.

Additional equipment, such as external effect units and MIDI controllers, can be installed for specific projects.
