 , PhD student at the Malmö School of Music\, who will defend his disserta
 tion "Plastic Extension of Music" on 22 May 2025\, invites you to an exten
 ded exhibition that visualises his "Plastic Extensions of Music" in variou

  13:00–16:00“Plastic Extension of Music” is as a new form of interpr
 etation beyond the canonical performance\, translation\, synesthesia or mu
 sical analysis. An artistic intervention in music performance\, that is a 
 physical or visual extension in space\, taking the instrumental interpreta
 tion (praxis) of a musical work as a poietic process preceding a plasticit
 y of the artistic object that emerges in space originated from the music a
 nd the interpreter.“Plastic extension” considers the musical performan
 ce as an incompleteness that creates a recollection and awareness of the d
 ifferent elements and codes issued from the score\, the musical performanc
 e and the interaction with the instrument\, to extend with the same hands\
 , the ideas\, practise and deconstructed embodied knowledge on different m
 edias issued from other art worlds\, as metaphorical vehicles to create ne
 w models of music interpretation and plastic-visual art creations.PhD defe
