  researches the development of a musical instrument and how this affects t
 he development of a practice on that instrument. In "Optical Scores\," ele
 ctromagnetic field inductors are used as musical interfaces to capture the
  inaudible electromagnetic landscapes of assemblages of obsolete circuit b
 oards and silent speaker coils\, making them audible through direct induct
 ion and extreme configurations of resonant objects' modelling algorithms.S
 tefanos Skialivas is an artist and music technologist based in Reykjavik\,
  working at the intersection of interface development and performance. Wit
 h a background in engineering mathematics and music technology\, he develo
 ps DIY interfaces for interaction with neural audio synthesis\, feedback s
 ystems\, and physical modelling. He is working for the Intelligent Instrum
 ent Lab and the Acute Research Lab\, University of Iceland. His project "O
